Service Level Agreement

What is a service level agreement?

A service level agreement is a formal agreement between The Link, schools and services across the Tees Valley that is negotiable to the needs/requirements of your organisation.

A service level agreement would provide a Emotional Wellbeing Practitioner on site for the agreed time. The time can be utilised for - 1:1 therapeutic work, Friends Groups, Parent Drop-ins, Staff Drop-ins/Staff Training and Assemblies.
