Tina is an experienced and qualified social worker of 24 years, passionate about children’s mental health. Working in Redcar and Middlesbrough Social Services, Tina has developed innovative out of hours, family services with close links to CAMHS and CPN involvement. Tina was appointed as Regional CAMHS Development Officer and seconded into specialist mental health services, working as CAMHS Development Consultant across the region involved in the development of strategic development of multi-agency CAMHS Partnerships and projects. It was during this role that Tina was instrumental in the development of The Link in Redcar and Cleveland. “We are very excited and passionate about this new development and looking forward to building up our programme of training, advice and arts and crafts.  This charity has been set up in recognition of the level of need being experienced by all services and will hopefully equip parents, young people and children with new skills as well as building their resilience and hope for the future” (Tina Jackson).
