Hayley Hill Hayley began her journey at The Link as a volunteer after completion of a BSc Hons in Psychology & Counselling. She then secured a trainee role as one of our Emotional Health & Wellbeing Practitioners and in January 2016 completed her training programme to join the team as a fully fledged practitioner. Hayley is our lead practitioner for The Resilience Doughnut and is an Accredited Level 2 Trainer. More recently, Hayley began her training role as a CBP (Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy) Practitioner. Hayley began her training with IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy in January 2017 and is due to finish her training at the end of the year. Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy is an evidenced based practice and is proven to be effective for difficulties such as social anxiety, separation anxiety, PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), specific Phobias, Panic, and Low Mood and Depression.
